i work in a local hospital as a cna . i love to camp and explore any back road/trail in my willys. photographay is a hobby i would like to turn into a career. moab is one of my favorite places.my dad built sandbuggys out of old cars in the 60's then in 95 i found about jeeps and as they say the rest is histroy......
my willys is a 1949 cj3a.it has a 1968 302 v8 .i bought it in oct 1995. and have put alot of miles on it . this year i hope to put alot of money into it.it has 4 gear shifts. wild country tires 11,50x33's dana 44's in the difs.lockers in the front dif. the pic was takin in moab in 96.its not that good lookin now..
was a cj5 but i sold it, also had a chevy 4x4 pu also sold it..
i have a few willys toys ( do they count?)
to many things to list . more cash would help:)

01/31/2008 20:23:10  lol so u do under stand i was out today getting leads on where i can get the get the roll cage done .i got a parts store here thats called willys work and they are always are willing to help me with what ever i need ..my rear seat in storage now..i dont plan on puting it back in...

01/29/2008 23:24:36 lol yeah I bet it's a little bit of a squeeze in there, I'm 6'0" and my roomate/ i.e. copilot is 6'4" so I know what ya mean by that we had to some reworking on my cage and seat mount to keep his big head inside the cage, Mine has grown to pretty huge so legroom is no problem, well for the people in the front at least, lol, the rear seat has turned into a single captain chair without much legroom, but My answer for thats pretty simple  , shouldn't have gotten stuck in the back and oh yeah that sucks, glad I don't hafta ride back there

01/29/2008 04:01:09 thanks for the welcome. the roll cage is on the top of list.. but i need to figure out how to get about 6 more inches of leg room for new seats before i have a roll cage built for it...ya see im 5'12'' and need a tad bit it more space for my legs but then again it has worked all these years (the leg space that is.....)
