Hey, I'm Scott, I live in Sunny Southern California with my fiancee Lesa, We're looking for our first home together and lovin life! I have a beautiful 16 year old daughter who is learning to drive now......(Step away from the Jeep keys....Yikes!) .... I get along with everyone, I've never met a stranger! ...and just like most everyone else,.... I'm either workin my butt off, payin High Gas prices or just tryin to survive...... It's all good!!!!
So, It all started with a bone stock 2.5L, 5 Speed, '93 YJ that I bought for around $5K, It was in serious need of wheels and tires so, I bought a set of 30" tires and 15x7 Eagle Alloy Wheels (which was a waste, since I would end up buying a bigger set later!!!)...This first picture is how it all started!
...................................
Then, I lost all of the common sence God gave me and it turned into this!..........
.............................................
Let me jump up on my Soap Box here and say,....You won't ever catch me saying, "My Jeep was Built,......Not Bought!" That term is the biggest Crock of BULLS#!T, I've ever heard!....... JEEP built my JEEP and I bought it and I bought most everything that's on it!..... What I will say is that I modified my Jeep and I installed 99% of the after market or custom made stuff that's on it!..... So, who ever coined the phrase "Jeeps are built, not bought!"... needs a swift kick in the Nad's!.... and...... for those of you that truely believe that you "Built" your Jeep's .......Sorry, No Disrespect intended.... But, unless you work for Jeep and actually assembled the Jeep your driving... then you really didn't build it! ....let's face it, We've all just bought our Jeep's, in one way or another!
Now, with that RANT out of the way,...let's get to it.... I've lifted my Jeep a total of 7 1/2", (not including tire size), staring with a 4.5" Superlift lift kit (that I got for free, less shocks, from a friend!) I added JKS Disconnects, 2" PA body lift and 1 1/4" HD shackles from Warrior. Complete Energy Suspension/Hyper Flex Polyurethane bushing kit. Rancho RS5000 shocks and 33x12.5 ProComp Xterrains on 15x8 Eagle Alloys (the afore mentioned "Bigger Set"). JKS Telescoping front trackbar, (removed the rear trackbar) 4x4 Posi-lok system on the front D30 and an Auburn ECTED locker in the rear D35. Onboard air compressor (mounted under the hood) Custom front bumper from Nates4x4.com with a Warn M8000 winch and a customized rear bumper and swingout from Tomkin with a Rock Hard jerry can mount. Poison Spyder Rock Sliders, Warrior Products trail corners with custom 4.5" round LED tail lites, Custom in-cab Warrior Trial Rack, 4 KC Slimlites, A set of Rock Lites underneth at all 4 corners, Cobra 29LTD Classic CB, Sirius Satellite Radio, GPS Nav System and a new Bestop Supertop, for now!......
Our Second Jeep: An '08 Wrangler Sahara Unlimited!...... Lord help me!....More $$$$$$ and loss of common sence!!!
Naaaa.... Just more pic's of my Jeep!

02/14/2008 16:47:05 Thank you. Awesome YJ. How you like your X Terrains? I have narrowed it down to Xterrains, Toyo mt's, or MTR's when i jump to 35's. I haven't heard as much about them as the Toyo's and MTR's. From: mynewjeep
