That's a tough concern to diagnose remotely as it could be so many things. If you can duplicate the issue stationary, I'd lay underneath the vehicle while someone turned the wheel lock to lock and feel for it with your hands. It may be something as minor as a loose steering box bolt or track bar (common) that you wont see any movement with your eye, but will be able to feel with your hands. Not a bad idea to go through and retorque everything under there either.
