Thanks for the comment! I'm just south of you, in Monroe. Myself and Skot at Magnum of Grand Rapids, MI, designed the dragon and started the outline. I moved away before I could have it finished. Jason at Black Market finished the dragon as well as two other tatts I have. As soon as I decide which direction to take it, I'm sure Jason will keep going. Did you get yours done in Madison?
