My top is filthy after some recent mudding, any tips on cleaning it? I am going to try simple green this weekend. I did get the top cleaner, but it did not work so well.

I usually lay mine out flat on the driveway and scrub it with whatever degreasing soap I have around the house with a large medium stiffness bristle brush. Kinda like cleaning a fire hose.

DUDE, I JUST WENT THREW THIS,  THIS PAST WEEKEND SAME PROBLEM WENT GOT A LITTLE MUD ON THE TOP, WAITED TILL THE NEXT DAY TO CLEAN IT AND THEIR IT WAS ALL STAINED UP,  MEAN GREEN HELP ALOT BUT I COULD STILL SEE THE STAIN,  NOTHIN WAS WORKIN  I WENT TO THE DOLLAR STORE AND BOUGHT SOME TIRE SHINE IT WAS IN A PURPLE AND BLK CAN, IT IS SILICONE BASED, PROBLEM SOLVED THE TOPLOOKS LIKE NEW NO STAINS I ALSO USED TIRE FOAM,  SPRAY IT ON LET IT SET FOR BOUT MINUTE WIPE IT OFF.  SAME OUTCOME PERFECT
