i showed this to the only 2 liberty owners i know. a middle age dude at work and my buddies girlfreind. they both laughed. i then showed it to my gay brother and his freinds and they too thought it was funny. although the one did say (jokeingly) "i'm kinda offended that just because i'm gay someone would think i'd stoop to driveing a liberty."
so call me ignorant , call me a FAG, call me whatever. i still think its funny --------------------------------------------------------------

LOL LOL LOL STill laughing like crazy on this post!!! Any more peeps wanna comment. Oh yeah, heres my 2 cents cause i havent left a comment yet. And please, THIS IS MY OPINION!!!!!!!!!! LIBERTYS SUCK OFF HIGHWAY but they are descent on road. ALL IN ALL. LIBERTY GETS 2 THUMBS DOWN, plus some more. Although i came very close to buying a liberty LTD with a 8 inch rock crawler suspension and arb's with under 10k miles for 22k. I will look for some pics and post them late --------------------------------------------------------------

I found my KJ just fine off road, once I created a 6 inch lift, put 33's on it and locked the front and rear. I would like to see an 8 inch lift, it must be a solid front axle, several guys have done the swap, I stayed with the IFS. Interesting, I found the on and off road ride a hell of a lot better than my Ruby. Storage space was also just a tad better. I did some "black" rated trails. And no I would not have been able to follow a full blown rock buggy but I was able to keep up with most TJ's and Rubys with lifts etc. I liked my KJ and I am sure the some 750K hetrosexuals like them too (they sold 800K units since 2001, I figured about 5% swing the other way). There are a very few that off road their KJ's on a regular basis, as such I submit to you since these KJ's are most likely their daily drivers, and they do tackle some difficult trails, they are better off road drivers than most other Jeep owners due to limitations the of the KJ. Mine was both Trail and Mall rated. And of course I had an automatic, my limp wrist couldn't shift a 5 speed! As for the ad, I am sure most of the Cherokee owners went thru the same thing, as did the YJ owners (real Jeeps have round headlights). Was it funny, to me and my NOT very PC sense of humor, it was, but a little over the top. Have a great day, keep Jeepin', and practice safe sex! Al
