While on a 4x4 club campout over Labor Day weekend, we witnessed the start of a pretty good wildfire. We were nearly evacuated, but the wind direction pushed the fire away from our camp. Unfortunately right after we got home, we found out one firefighting air tanker had crashed killing the crew. What a dangerous job. Be thankful to those firefighters (air and ground) who help protect us from fire. Bless them and their families. Del
