Extension tabs for mirror relocators
if you purchased mirror relocation brackets, you've likely discovered that you can't see your mirrors too well with the top skins in (i don't know about hard doors) i used 5/8" thick aluminum plate, cut to 7" x 1 1/2" and drilled a couple of 7/8" holes (the holes could of been bigger, but wiggling the drill around did the trick). i used a piece of heavy duty plastic pipe (the grey stuff) to cover the mirror mounting pins. shot some black paint on (even touched up the mirror arms while i was at it). it works out pretty good, still gotta do some tweeking, but it's alot better than it was....now to try to post pix
ok, i can see that won't work......if you want to see, i have pix on my page.
