gun control is hitting what you aim at. i'm all for the right to bear arms. 

I have two handguns, 2 -12ga., bow, and a .50 cal muzzleloader.  I think that sums my opinio up!

I like jeepin_al & NOSHAME's answers.  Sounds like the perfect example of "gun control"  I understand what Streede145 is trying to say, and I too have a concealed carry permit.  However, once we start letting the gov't come in and begin tightening things up on our ability to own a firearm.  The liberal pukes out there will just want to run with it.  Until we no longer have the right, or it is more of a pain in the ass to own one than what it's worth. 

I wish the laws we have were enforced! But don't take away our ability to defend ourselves! " I would hate to have to take a person out of this world but if I didn't invite you in for a cup of coffee, then your not welcome! Leave now are you may not make it out alive!" ( This is what I tell everyone in my area, they know I'm crazy and I like it that way! ) I was raised by a military Dad, had a gun (410) and learned gun safety at the age of 6, am certified in firearm safety, hunted ever since and know respect for what a gun can do! Why take my gun away, go after those who do things illegally!  

i know i'm going to get flamed for this, but i do believe in limited gun control, I'm in the army and i have a concealed carry permit, but honestly what is the point of owning a .50 cal sniper rifle? no way is it home defense, and if you want to hunt with it, i want to see the person shoot it from one mountain top to the other and still find the animal.   There should be better background checks at gun shows, and people with a history of psychological problems  that have a tendency towards violence shouldn't own firearms.
