I have a 1995 Jeep YJ,the last year leaf springs were used on the Wrangler. I starting noticing a vibration ay around 45-50 mph,so I set about tracking it down.First I inspected the tires to see if any wheel weights fell off, and to see if I had any irregular wear ir maybe a belt seperation, finding no problem I inspected the UJoints, found some play, so I replaced them, had the Jeep alined and tires balanced anyway.....the vibration was still there, also checked the tranny mounts, engine mounts, operation of the engine, tranny, checked the ubolts to ensure they were tight, brakes, all checked out. I had not replaced the front driveshaft UJoints, so I figgured, what the hell, can't hurt anything,so I did, vibration gone, even thought I saw no problem with them...........well anyway, the Jeep is back on the road, and will soon be on the trail...
