A few of you have asked what happened so instead of typing the same story a bunch of times with a broken hand, I thought it would be easier to post this! So here goes...

On Nov 25 I was driving down a pretty busy street at about 9pm. A guy driving a brand new Suburban blew a stop sign. I t-boned him going just under 40mph. I had no time to hit my brakes. It spun us both around to face the opposite direction that we were heading in. Both my Jeep and his Suburban were totaled. I was lucky enough to have a cop following me with two officers in the car, cant get much better then that.

It was an honest mistake on his part. He was from out of state and actually turned out to be a pretty nice guy. Luckily everyone in his car was ok. I ended up with a few sprains, a lot of bruises and a broken hand. I go in on the 31st to see if I need surgery to repair all the damage.

So theres the story! I have pics post on myspace if you want to see... They are actually pretty shocking to look at, the air bags going off was a trip! After talking to the firemen, I was told that had it not been for my ARB bull bar, then engine would have been pushed into the cabin. VERY scary!

I just bought another XJ, its a 91 that needs some work but so far I like it alot!
