I got into the TJ earlier this evening, haven't driven it in a while (hubby's been claiming it) and I looked down to see standing water on the passenger side floorboard. Where can the roof be leaking from?  What should I do?  Is there a drain plug on the passenger side?

Thanks for the help!!!

Thanks for your help guys!!  Im going to rip out the damn carpet and pull the plug!!!  Might as well keep the carpet out until the rainy season is over ( August for Washington, LOL)

I have had the same thing happening in my TJ since I bought it. I vaugely recall reading a forum post that the water is due to condensation build up on the heater unit during damp/rainy weather. I find the puddle in my TJ usually after a rain, making me think it has to do with a seal at the tub/firewall somewhere. It hasn't caused me any problems so I never really bothered to figure it out. And yes there are drain plugs in the floors, 1 at each passenger area, a rubber grommet usually in the middleish(borrowed).

Yes there is

just unsnap your carpet and it is sortof to the middleish right side.
