2008 Update and Highlights (land use, rubicon and access)

Land use and access issues, not to mention the Rubicon Trail, have kept me very busy this year in my role as a BlueRibbon Ambassasdor (4x4).  Besides that my outdoor photography and writing has added to that busy-load.  It's all good. :)
