Bikini Car Wash for the Cause

Ok, so I go to this bikini car wash to get my jeep washed, when all of a sudden stuff happened and we nearly lost the wash crew

Here's my Trail Boss Jeep getting washed:

When all of a sudden, someone throws cold water on the entire wash crew and they nearly quit!

But alas, we talked them into staying and continuing to wash rigs to raise money for the cause!!!

Honestly, and seriously, this was a fund-raiser for Friends of the Eldorado National Forest (FOE) in order to help keep public lands open, put on by the AWESOME Rock Zombies (4x4 club). The Rock Zombie girls did a GREAT job and a lot of good land use money was raised for the cause. Thanks to all.

I think it would also be great if there are some car repair centers and car diagnostic centers in that Fund Raising Event. There would be lots of participants if that would happen.

Yes, this was held in Sacramento (towards Auburn in Rocklin). Anyway, they plan to do it again next year. I highly recommend this summer time idea to raise money for your club/land use, whatever. It was clean and fun. Sudsy too. :)

Oh, and yup, 1:20:09 of Stac is one of my favorites of her. Thanks. She likes to pose up with the Jeep. Now if I could just concentrate on my photography....

May have to plan one of these down south here for the Johnson Valley conflict that is ongoing. Must see whom we can get to wash...probably four of five fat guys and maybe ONE wife....

Seriously, its GREAT to hear that the Rubicon area is still keeping the good P.R. and fund raising going. It seems it's getting harder and harder to keep our rights to off road.

Yea, one day affair in Sacramento. Plan on it for next year tho. They raised some nice cash for our Friends group. Awesome. Good turnout. Swap meet too (with rig parts).
